This agreement governs the use of the Sidenor Academy digital training platform (the “Platform”), provided by Sidenor S.A. , a steel production and processing company headquartered in Greece, and applies exclusively to Sidenor personnel who have been granted authorised access.
By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all relevant privacy and usage policies.
The Platform is intended solely for professional training and development of Sidenor employees.
Use of the Platform for personal, commercial, promotional, or unrelated activities is strictly prohibited.
Access requires unique login credentials (username and password).
Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential.
Any case of unauthorised access must be reported immediately to the Platform administration team.
All educational materials on the Platform are the property of Sidenor or respective authorised content creators.
Copying, storing, reproducing, modifying, or distributing Platform content without prior written approval is prohibited.
While using the Platform, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
- Upload or distribute illegal, inappropriate, aggressive, or misleading content
- Impersonate another person or use another employee’s account
Sidenor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms & Conditions or misuses the Platform.
Use of the Platform is governed by the Sidenor Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and applies to the handling of personal data.
The Platform is provided “as is.” Sidenor shall not be held responsible for system failures, temporary unavailability, loss of data, or technical malfunctions that may arise during use.
Sidenor may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Platform, and continued use following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or related to them shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
